- 30-Day Window: We offer a 30-day return window from the date your package is delivered.
- Eligibility: Due to the intimate, hygienic nature of personal care aromatherapy oils, returned items must be unopened, unused, with the bottle seal fully intact, and in their original poplar wood box with the raw crystal included. Opened or partially used products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
- Damages & In-Transit Issues: Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item arrives broken, leaking, or damaged, contact us immediately with photos at your official email, and we will dispatch an immediate complimentary replacement.
- Natural Characteristics: Our elixirs are 100% natural and anhydrous without synthetic stabilizers. Natural variations in color, aroma intensity across harvest batches, or unique natural inclusions in the raw crystal are inherent to pure botanical materials and are not manufacturing defects.
- Refund Processing: Once approved, refunds are credited back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
