What makes ZzzDoze botanical elixirs unique?
Our elixirs are formulated with 100% anhydrous (water-free) pure botanical oils and rare aromatherapy-grade plant extracts. We never use synthetic fragrances, artificial colorants, alcohol, or chemical preservatives. Each bottle features an unpolished natural crystal rollerball and comes housed in artisanal Italian glass with a handcrafted poplar wood gift box.
Why do scent and color vary slightly between batches?
Pure natural essential oils, like fresh fruit, are authentic living expressions of nature. Variations in rainfall, sunlight, soil, and harvest seasons from year to year naturally create subtle nuances in color and aroma across batches. We do not add artificial dyes or synthetic fixatives to mask these natural transformations.
What is the shelf life, and what if the oil lightens over time?
Because our elixirs contain zero artificial preservatives, we recommend using each bottle within 3 months of opening to enjoy its peak botanical vitality and aromatic freshness. Over time, exposure to natural light and air may cause slight softening of the scent or gentle lightening of color—this is a natural botanical oxidation process, similar to a freshly sliced apple, and does not compromise quality.

How do I care for and cleanse the raw crystal ornament and crystal rollerball?
Each elixir includes a genuine, unpolished raw crystal (Clear Quartz or Rose Quartz) and a crystal rollerball. To cleanse your crystals, gently rinse them under cool running water or place them under moonlight overnight. Avoid harsh chemical cleaners or abrasive soaps.
Are the products suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes, our elixirs are crafted with gentle, skin-compatible plant lipids such as Jojoba, Hazelnut, and Grape Seed oils. However, because our formulas contain concentrated natural essential oils, we always recommend conducting a small patch test on your inner wrist before first use.

We ship internationally with end-to-end tracking. Standard tracked shipping to the United States and Europe is $9.90 USD, and complimentary on orders over $70.00 USD.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. International delivery typically takes 7 to 15 business days depending on destination customs clearance.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unopened, unused items in their original handcrafted packaging. Due to hygiene and safety standards for personal care products, opened or used bottles cannot be returned.
